A Napa man is dealing with legal costs after allegedly touching youngsters along with his naked toes at a San Rafael movie show, authorities stated.
An preliminary incident was reported in Could throughout a screening of “Sonic the Hedgehog 2” on the Century Northgate in Terra Linda. Police suggested theater staff to name them instantly if the suspect ever got here again.
On Oct. 14, a theater employee acknowledged the person and notified police. Officers discovered Thomas Dean Erickson, 65, sitting behind a toddler “with one shoe off and his naked foot uncovered,” stated police Lt. Scott Eberle.
