LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Drivers on the 405 Freeway within the West Los Angeles space late Saturday encountered a weird and harmful state of affairs when a person in a wheelchair virtually single-handedly stopped visitors.
Video confirmed the person wheeling himself on the freeway at sluggish speeds as some automobiles whizzed previous him.
He slowed down visitors close to Santa Monica Boulevard as automobiles had been compelled to attend behind him. At one level, he moved over to a different lane.
The California Freeway Patrol says the person was later taken off the freeway safely.
No accidents or crashes had been reported.
It is unknown whether or not the person was arrested or faces any costs associated to the incident.
