VICTORVILLE, Calif. (KABC) — A person was arrested Tuesday in Victorville on suspicion of sexual battery and theft after he allegedly attacked two girls whereas he wore a clown masks, authorities say.
Joel Hernandez, a 22-year-old Hesperia resident, is accused of sexually assaulting and groping a lady outdoors a grocery retailer, after which stealing $500 from one other lady. Authorities say he dedicated the crimes whereas carrying a clown masks.
The masks resembled that of Pennywise from Stephen King’s “It,” a photograph launched by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Division exhibits.
